ADAPTIVE WORKOUT

Working out my upper body has always been a challenge. Never mind the stares, the scariest part was not knowing how to use the equipment in an effective way (I want to avoid having one huge bicep or back muscle haha). Recently I've been experimenting with various workout tools to help me even out the weights I lift at the gym. In the video, I use a compression sleeve to help avoid any friction caused by the weight lifting hooks.
